生产方法及用途
生产方法
1.由无水二亚乙基三胺、甲醛、三氯化磷反应，可得橘红色液体。此液体即可作为阻垢剂用于循环冷却水。如果制取固体产品，可将该液体慢慢滴入无水乙醇中，即有白色沉淀析出，滤去乙醇，即得固体产品。
用途
循环冷却水和锅炉水中优良缓蚀阻垢剂，特别适用于电厂冲灰水系统闭路循环和碱性循环冷却水中作为不调PH的阻垢缓蚀剂，并可用于含碳酸钡高的油田注水和冷却水、锅炉水的阻垢缓蚀剂，以及过氧化物和二氧化氯杀菌剂的稳定剂。在复配药剂中单独使用本品，无须投加分散剂、污垢积量仍很小。该产品还可用于双氧水稳定剂 （ 加入量为1%～10%） ，也可以用做金属清洗剂去除金属表面的油脂，还用于洗涤剂的添加剂、金属离子的螯合剂、无氰电镀添加剂、贵金属的萃取剂等。
